After baking and decorating cakes for family and friends for many years, Josh established JRCakes in January 2014, working from home. The business has gone from strength to strength.
Josh has a real skill for creating bespoke cakes for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings - in fact any occasion. We pride ourselves on making cakes that not only look good but also taste good too. We bake all our cakes from scratch, using the finest of ingredients (fair trade whenever possible) and locally produced free range eggs. We would be delighted to provide for those with special dietary requirements.
Josh has gone onto win various awards both national and international for his eye-catching masterpieces. He has also been featured in the Cake craft and decoration magazine and various local/national newspapers articles.

Josh has always had a huge passion for baking and art, when the two collided together cake decorating was a match. He started experimenting with baking in his secondry school years and very much enjoyed cooking and food technology lessons. As a wedding cake designer, Josh applies his recipes and artistic flair to all his creations so their simply gorgeous in style and taste.
